JOHOR BARU: The Johor Baru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link has reached the 41% construction stage and is on track to start operations by the end of 2026.

Johor works, transportation and infrastructure committee chairman Mohamad Fazli Mohamad Salleh said there are three main components to the project, with reports showing good progress.

"As of June 30, the development progress has reached 41% in general," he said when met by reporters after conducting traffic surveillance at Jalan Stulang Darat, near the Eastern Dispersal Link . Mohamad Fazli said this when asked to comment on Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi's working visit to the project site on Saturday .
