MALAYSIA’S exports for January grew 3.1% year-on-year, marking a significant increase from the projected 0.6% dip in exports, the Finance Ministry announced today. Export value for the month totalled RM85.4 billion, the highest in Malaysian history and surpassing the previous record of RM82.8 billion achieved in January last year, it said in a statement.
