Ketua Bahagian Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah Inanam Datuk Dr Roland Chia berkata, ini adalah masa semua pemimpin, tidak kira daripada parti mana, untuk bersatu mencari penyelesaian membantu penduduk di kawasan masing-masing.“Musim panas akibat fenomena alam El Nino ini memberi kesan kepada peningkatan suhu, dan paras air sungai yang menjadi sumber kepada bekalan air di beberapa buah daerah di Sabah juga terjejas.
