An insider tells Page Six that the “Ray” actor threw his mom an “epic” birthday dinner for a group of 20 people in Prime 112’s semi-private wine room.
Foxx hosted the dinner for his mom at Miami hot spot Prime 112.“Your [sic] a Magnificent Son 😍,” a second person commented, with a third agreeing, “Your [sic] a good son. Now u need someone to spoil you 😉🤗.”
“Wonderful to see Mr Foxx treating his mother so well. She looks very well and content. Happy birthday to you!” added another.Foxx has had a complicated relationship with his mom, who turned 80 on New Year’s Day. Shortly after the “Unpredictable” singer was born, his mom abandoned him and he was adopted and raised by his grandparents, Estelle Marie Nelson and Mark Talley, who have both passed away.The Grammy winner also revealed that his divorced mom and father, Darrell Bishop, both live with him now under one roof.
