The Broadway theater community is remembering legendary actor James Earl Jones who died Monday at the age of 93.
Jones won two Tony Awards and was honored with a special Tony for lifetime achievement for his work on Broadway
James Earl Jones accepts the Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre onstage during the 2017 Tony Awards at Radio City Music Hall on June 11, 2017 in New York City. LeVar Burton, who starred alongside Jones in the TV movie “Guyana Tragedy: The Story of Jim Jones,” paid tribute on X, writing,"There will never be another of his particular combination of graces.”
