Jakim to give Islamic perspective to vaccine policy, says Fuziah

THE Department of Islamic Development Malaysia will assist the Health Ministry to formulate a policy from the Islamic view of vaccinations for children. Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Fuziah Salleh said Jakim would also help explain vaccination to the public as some parents thought vaccines have non-halal ingredients.
