Jais suspends all programmes over Covid-19 fears

ALL large-scale gatherings and programmes organised by the Selangor Islamic Religious Department , including sports events and co-curricular activities at schools under its purview, have been suspended with immediate effect. The department, in a statement yesterday, said the move is in line with the Health Ministry’s recommendations to curb the spread of Covid-19.
