Tay, who has been charged over distributing obscene material and sending threatening messages, is known for his antics including carrying a World Wrestling Entertainment belt and getting breast implants.Wong regularly interacted with the two women in a Telegram group chat, but was kicked out of it after he scolded some of the members, including one of the women.

He also sent it to his Telegram group chat with about 70 members, and threatened to release the woman’s address in the chat.The woman later lodged a police report. She saw that Wong had posted disparaging remarks about her, and told him to delete the comments immediately.Wong also falsely claimed the woman had scammed him. He told her to publicly apologise and make a video of herself slapping her own face five times.

Tay faces 11 charges in total. Ten of them are over distributing intimate images and videos of a woman without her consent.
