“I consider the work involved in processing the request in its current form would substantially and unreasonably interfere with the performance of the [Prime] Minister’s functions,” the updated decision said., and was rejected by now High Court Justice Jayne Jagot.“I consider that there is a significant public interest in knowing the outline of the daily activities of elected representatives,” Justice Jagot said in the matter brought by Mr Albanese’s now attorney-general Mark Dreyfus.
By close of business Thursday he had secured enough supporters, including teal independent Zali Steggall and Senator Lambie.
