Paul McPherson, 45, is accused of four counts of sexual activity with a minor. He is also charged with possession of marijuana.

Witnesses told JSO they saw the car stop at the intersection at West 5th Street and Palm Avenue Monday with both doors open. A white female with short blonde hair, blue jeans and a white blouse was running down the roadway. The witnesses saw a man running after her. He brought her back to the vehicle after an"altercation" and drove towards 12th street, according to JSO.
Police believe the woman may be a victim of a crime. They are attempting to locate her and make sure she is safe.
