Jackson Hospital’s board of trustees has voted unanimously to approve and recommend to its corporate members an affiliation agreement with HumanityCorp.
MONTGOMERY , Ala. - Jackson Hospital ’s board of trustees has voted unanimously to approve and recommend to its corporate members an affiliation agreement with HumanityCorp, a company with multiple hospital and clinic affiliations/partnerships nationwide.
“The Hospital and Board are excited about this partnership opportunity, and the parties agree that continuing Jackson’s commitment to quality health care through this affiliation is the best path forward for our community and those we serve,” the hospital said in a statement Thursday., refers to itself as a “public benefit company,” that aims to bring healthcare to all segments of society, enable non-profits to continue their mission, and ensure healthcare is safe for all patients.
“Our mission is to empower hospital systems to unlock new financial returns and savings by identifying hidden opportunities within the enterprise valuations of vendors backed by private equity and Wall Street, and channeling those benefits back to the hospitals.
