Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Christopher Musa has reiterated that it is a matter of time before military apprehends notorious bandit kingpin, Bello Turji. Turji is currently hiding in the forests of Sokoto and Zamfara.
Chief of Defence Staff General Christopher Musa has reiterated that it is a matter of time before military apprehends notorious bandit kingpin, Bello Turji. Turji is currently hiding in the forests of Sokoto and Zamfara. Musa gave the assurance during the 38th-anniversary dinner of the Nigerian Defence Academy’s 38 Regular Course in Kaduna on Sunday.
According to him, insecurity is now a new world order, despite improved technologies. He requested the understanding of Nigerians as the military and other security agencies work tirelessly to combat insecurity. Musa said, 'We are tracking down Bello Turji. Getting him is just a matter of time.' He stressed that the security agencies are collaborating to ensure the bandit is brought to justice as he has nowhere to hide.
