Pengerusi Felda Ahmad Shabery Cheek berkata pihaknya sedang pertimbang nyahsenarai FGV daripada bursa atau kurangkan pegangan Felda dalam syarikat itu.
Felda memegang 82% kepentingan dalam FGV dan ia melebihi syarat ditetapkan Bursa Malaysia bagi pegangan awam minimum 25% daripada jumlah saham.

Bursa Malaysia memberikan lanjutan masa kepada FGV untuk mematuhi syarat pegangan saham awam selama enam bulan lagi dari 3 Sept 2023 sehingga tamat tempoh lanjutan pada 2 Mac 2024, selepas mengambil mengambil kira semua keadaan syarikat tersebut.
