Susanna Liew berkata, jika tiada tindakan diambil peguam negara dan pihak berkuasa berdasarkan penemuan inkuiri Suhakam, mereka akan memfailkan saman sivil terhadap Cawangan Khas atau individu terbabit.
Norhayati Mohd Ariffin dan Susanna Liew, isteri Amri Che Mat serta Pastor Raymond Koh bergambar bersama selepas Suhakam mengumumkan penemuannya hari ini. Turut hadir ialah anak mereka , Esther Koh serta Jonathan Koh.
Ada dakwaan mengatakan Amri menjadi sasaran disebabkan kecenderungannya terhadap ajaran Syiah yang dianggap “sesat” oleh pihak berkuasa agama tempatan. “Kami sentiasa memikirkan perkara terburuk. Adakah beliau diseksa? Apa yang berlaku? Saya hanya mahu tahu ,” katanya kepada FMT.Sementara itu, Liew berharap Koh dan Amri akan pulang ke pangkuan mereka dengan selamat.
