THE Dewan Rakyat will not allow the discussion of issues that are merely based on social media posts and not substantiated by evidence, said Speaker Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof. He made the statement after opposition leader Ismail Sabri Yaakob raised the alleged involvement of Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng in the proposed Penang undersea tunnel project during the debate on the royal address today.
