PAGASA said flash floods and landslides may occur in these areas due to the rainfall, especially during severe thunderstorms. Light to moderate forecast winds and slight to moderate coastal waters will prevail over the country, the agency added.The sun will rise over Metro Manila on Wednesday at 5:40 a.m.
