Ismail said even if those who returned from overseas test negative on the first screening, they would still need to be tested on the 13th day. Since June 10, the government has allowed Malaysians returning from overseas to undergo compulsory quarantine at home, instead of in government-gazetted quarantine stations.
"From these, 475 individuals have to undergo home quarantine while three individuals were sent to the hospital, which means they tested positive for Covid-19," he said.
