Ismail Sabri: Four in 10 Malaysians violating movement control order

KUALA LUMPUR, March 19 — Only 60 per cent of the country was complying with the movement control order enforced to contain Malaysia’s Covid-19 crisis, said Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob. He said this was the situation yesterday, when the movement control order Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced on Monday took effect.in Sri Petaling, an estimated 4,000 other participants have yet to come forward to do testing for Covid-19,” he said during a press conference.
He also said Malaysians who flew in to Gowa, Indonesia, to attend the now-cancelled tabligh there will also be quarantined upon their return to the country.
