KUALA LUMPUR, July 28 — A total of 210 individuals were arrested by the authorities for violating regulations under the recovery movement control order yesterday, Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said.Another 199 individuals were issued with compound fines.
