KUALA LUMPUR, July 3 — Police arrested 16 people for failing to observe the standard operating procedures of the recovery movement control order , Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said. “All of them were found to be conducting activities in violation of SOPs, including failure to register and record the temperatures of customers,” he said.

In his press briefing today, the defence minister said two were remanded while other 14 others were issued compounds.
