JOHOR BARU, June 7 — The Iskandar Puteri district police headquarters today disposed of goods worth RM375,166 that it had confiscated from 2012 until last March after wrapping up case investigations.
“The disposed case items involved 166 investigation papers on cases that have been completed and received court instructions to be destroyed and discarded. “We also managed to dispose of hundreds of computer-based machines that were used to harvest digital currency such as bitcoin, involving six investigation papers with a total seized value estimated at RM163,200,” he told reporters at the Iskandar Puteri district police headquarters here.
