Isa Samad’s bid against graft conviction to be heard March 7 next year
Ex-Felda chairman Mohd Isa Abdul Samad is set to appeal against his conviction on nine corruption charges involving RM3 million in connection with Felda’s purchase of a hotel in Sarawak. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, October 7, 2022.
The appeal came up for case management today before Court of Appeal deputy registrar Mohd Khairi Haron. The offences were allegedly committed at Level 49, Menara Felda, Platinum Park, No 11, Persiaran KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, between July 21, 2014, and December 11, 2015.
