Kaizer Chiefs suffered 12 league defeats last term, their worst-ever campaign on that front. Now they’re out of this season’s Carling Knockout Cup and fierce Soweto rivals Orlando Pirates won the MTN8. Some fans certainly think so. @TheeUltimateLee on X, last season it must be said, reckoned Bobby Motaung, Kaizer Motaung Jr, Jessica Motaung and co aren’t fit for the roles entrusted to them within the club. It’s a bold theory, but one worth considering. Has Mr Motaung Jr achieved the objectives laid down to him as the sporting director of Kaizer Chiefs football club? It’s doubtful. One fan even said he was ‘building his legacy on a wetland.
