In a statement, Iarnród Éireann said it is looking forward to welcoming Garth Brooks fans on board across its travel network to and from the country star’s remaining concerts at Croke Park and reminds customers of the arrangements that will be in place on Friday and Saturday. All those travelling by rail are reminded that it is essential to pre-book all Intercity routes at www.irishrail.ie and customers must travel on the specific train booked.Additional late night Intercity trains will also operate with 00:40hrs Heuston to Cork after each night’s concert.As the service departs after midnight, passengers are asked to check the next day’s date to book – e.g. concert on Friday, 16th September, choose Saturday, 17th September to book.
Mobility-impaired customers should use Connolly Station for access to and from Croke Park due to lift replacement works at Drumcondra. Additional station personnel and security will be available to assist customers travelling to and from the concerts.READ NEXT:
