Ipoh council will consider all requests for OKU parking bays, says mayor

While only a few of us can fly ourselves and our gear to the Alps and Pyrenees to ride those mountains, let’s look at several routes near the Klang Valley that are no less fun and challenging to train on.

THERE are currently 27 parking bays for OKU drivers in the Ipoh city centre, says mayor Datuk Rumaizi Baharin.

“As for the existing developments, we will add more such bays from time to time if there are requests,” he told reporters after the council's full board meeting on Tuesday .Rumaizi was responding to a reader of The Star who highlighted the insufficient number of parking spaces for the disabled in the city.
