Love yellow? Apple has just announced the yellow iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus which will be available for pre-order in Malaysia starting Friday, 10th March. The iPhone 14 is priced from RM4,199 while the iPhone 14 Plus starts from RM4,699.
With the new colour option, there are now a total of 6 colour options to choose from for the iPhone 14 series. This includes Midnight , Starlight , Purple, Blue and Red.
To recap, the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 14 Plus come with an OLED Super Retina XDR OLED display at 6.1″ and 6.7″ respectively. Both are running on the previous generation Apple A15 Bionic Chip with a 5-core GPU. For imaging, both devices get a dual-camera setup with 12MP main and 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera with support for 4K 60fps video recording and Dolby Vision. For selfies, the iPhone 14 series gets a 12MP front camera that sits in a notch.
The iPhone 14 battery is rated to last up to 20 hours of video playback while the Plus model gets a larger battery that can deliver up to 26 hours of video playback. The iPhone still charges via a lightning port but you can get fast charging with 50% charge in 30 minutes with a 20W USB-PD power adapter. There’s also wireless charging with Magsafe support as well as IP68-rated dust and water resistance.
