last week, Bank Negara Malaysia had begun instructing banks and card issuers to inform cardholders if their card details were compromised. As far as we can tell, banks have indeed begun contacting these users, with eWallet and Visa prepaid card provider KiplePay formally issuing a press statement over it too.
KiplePay users can perform the free card replacement either by using the Kiple app and requesting for it there, or contacting their customer service at +603 3000 8929 or email them atIt’ll take roughly 14 days for the replacement card to arrive, and any fee deducted off your card or eWallet for a card replacement will be refunded back to you during the same time frame.
