The Galaxy S23's Image Clipper feature lets you lift a subject from a photo by tapping and holding on it. Of course, dedicated apps can also be used to cut out subjects from a photo, but having this capability built into the Gallery app is infinitely more convenient. The cut-out picture can be shared instantaneously or you can just save it as an individual file with transparent background.
