Prime Video's animated adaptation of Robert Kirkman's comic debuted in 2021 to great acclaim. It introduced a wider audience to the story of Mark Grayson as he becomes a superhero and has to battle his evil Viltrumite father Omni-Man . Now that the first Invincible season 2 photo has been released, the tweet might also be a tease that a trailer is finally set to be released tomorrow.
Story details on Invincible season 2 have been teased at various points by Robert Kirkman. He has indicated that Angstrom Levy and Conquest could both appear in the new season as villains that Mark must fight. The show has already set up other Viltrumite villains for season 2 too.
