MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad recommends accepting the RM11 per share offer for Malaysia Airport Holding Bhd. (MAHB) by Gateway Development Alliance Sdn. Bhd. (GDA), representing an 18% premium over the current market price. The offer also provides a significant 125% premium compared to the latest unaudited net asset value per share of RM4.89 as of the third quarter of the 2024 financial year.

PETALING JAYA: Pelabur disaran menerima tawaran RM11 sesaham dalam Malaysia Airport Holding Bhd. yang ditawarkan Gateway Development Alliance Sdn. Bhd. yang mencerminkan premium 18 peratus berbanding nilai saham sebenar mereka pada RM9.32.

“MAHB dijangka melakukan perbelanjaan modal yang besar pada tahun-tahun akan datang untuk pembesaran dan pembangunan lapangan terbang kerana ia bersiap sedia untuk memenuhi permintaan trafik penumpang yang semakin meningkat. “Mengenai pemulihan trafik penumpang, berdasarkan angka terkini, November 2024 menunjukkan peningkatan ketara dengan kedua-dua operasi Malaysia dan Turki mencapai pertumbuhan dua angka berbanding tempoh yang sama tahun lepas, walaupun pada kebiasaannya musim rendah.
