A San Antonio man accused of sexually assaulting an underage girl is on the run and the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in tracking him down.
Deputies were called to the 10000 block of Marbach Road on March 7 after a 14-year-old victim reported that Daniel Michael Martinez, 20, had sexually assaulted her, BCSO said.Martinez picked her up in a vehicle, and that’s where the sexual assault occurred, according to deputies.
The suspect was identified as Martinez, who is a registered sex offender and has an active warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child, the BCSO said.Anyone with more information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the sheriff’s office at 210-335-6000 or via email atAbout the Author:
