SINGAPORE: A former Philippine mayor under investigation for her ties to Chinese crime syndicates, including two foreigners convicted in Singapore over money laundering offences, may have been in the Republic for about a month.

KUALA LUMPUR: The investigation papers on Perikatan Nasional chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin 's election campaign speech that allegedly touched on issues related to race, religion and royalty have been submitted to the Attorney General's Chambers for further action.

"We have also recorded Muhyiddin's statement and he has answered all questions. The investigation papers have also been submitted to the AGC for further action," he told Bernama when contacted on Wednesday .
