PETALING JAYA: The investigation paper on Umno Youth chief Dr Akmal Saleh, who is being probed for sedition and misuse of network facilities, will be completed and sent to prosecutors next week.
Akmal was questioned by Sabah police yesterday after two reports were lodged against him over comments linked to the sale of socks bearing the word “Allah” at a KK Mart outlet.“We are completing the investigation paper and will submit it to the Attorney-General’s Chambers for further action within five days,” said Inspector-General of Police Razarudin Husain when contacted.
