The release cited advances in forensic testing and cooperation from individuals and that a $10,000 reward was being offered for information that solved the case.PennLive learned last year the case was the subject of a statewide grand jury investigation but those proceedings are secret. The state attorney general’s office declined comment.
She told police her son was asleep in her bed when she went to a convenience store in Milton to pick up pizza but he was gone when she returned 30 minutes later.
