Zaleha Salim, a 38-year-old entrepreneur from Kampung Darang Buaya, has increased her monthly income to approximately RM6,000 thanks to her creative invention of an iron and aluminum oven for baking bread. She used only RM150 to purchase the tools for making the one-meter-wide oven last year to continue her family's traditional wood-fired toast business.

Katanya, dia tidak menyangka dengan bermodalkan RM150, kini dia mampu menjana pendapatan kira-kira RM6,000 sebulan. “Saya tidak mahu beralih kepada ketuhar elektrik kerana keunikan rasa roti bakar menggunakan kayu api akan hilang. Dari situ timbul idea mencipta ketuhar aluminium ini yang mampu membakar lapan set roti dalam satu masa,” katanya ketika ditemui Utusan Malaysia.
Katanya, dengan adanya ketuhar itu, dia mampu membakar antara 13 kilogram hingga 16 kg adunan roti sehari.
