Officers said the 17-year-old suspect refused to stop and crashed into three other vehicles on the Beltway feeder at Spencer Highway.
An innocent driver was killed during a police chase in Pasadena when the suspect crashed a stolen vehicle on Sunday, according to Webster police.
Authorities said the driver refused to stop and led officers on a chase that ended at the intersection of the Beltway 8 Frontage Road and Spencer Highway.
