Dia lalu berujar,"Sejak awal pada berbagai forum Indonesia memang konsisten mendorong persoalan air untuk dibahas di level tertinggi. Harus ada dorongan kuat dari para pengambil kebijakan."Lebih lanjut, Endra menerangkan dalam pertemuan tersebut Indonesia akan mengungkap banyak hal terkait pengelolaan air yang menjadi kunci di berbagai banyak sektor.
Di kesempatan itu, Endra menerangkan rangkaian acara WWF. Pembukaan World Water Forum akan dilakukan di Pantai Melati dan dibalut dalam acara bertajuk Balinese Water Purification Ceremony.Acara ini akan dihadiri 1.500 orang dengan konsep kegiatan Rahina Tumpek Uye dan Upacara Segara Kerthi. Kemudian pada 20 Mei 2024, acara berlanjut Opening Ceremony dan High-Level Meeting di BICC, Nusa Dua.

Indonesia Proposes New Commitments at the 10th World Water ForumThe 10th World Water Forum will be held on May 18-25, 2024 in Nusa Dua, Bali. The Indonesian government has proposed several initiatives to be brought to the international forum. The target number of participants from around the world is 30,000.
