In their joint statement, Enterprise and Income said Mr Tan voiced his objections to the pre-conditional offer announcement from Allianz.It said it would offer S$40.58 per share for a transaction value of S$2.2 billion , for 51 per cent of the shares in Income Insurance. "However, in raising his objections, he has cast aspersions on the stakeholders in relation to this proposed transaction," said NTUC Enterprise and Income in the joint statement.
