In an Instagram Reel, the Kapuso actress shared that she had to film a solo dance sequence for the teleserye. Direk Laurice went straight to SM Mall of Asia from her taping in Pampanga to be with Ina when she skated. “It brought so much feelings back," Ina said. "Memories of my childhood, my youth, ambitions and dreams."
“Daddy taking me to the rink everyday, mommy buying me jackets from [Surplus Shop] because at that time it was all we could afford and [I] was very happy in any case," she added. Ina also shared a “constant reminder” from the veteran actress and director whenever she gets anxious before a competition or show: “Dance with joy in your heart.”She said that the show “definitely put my heart on the ice that day[.]”“Hearts on Ice” airs on GMA Telebabad after "Mga Lihim ni Urduja."
