The magnitude of South Korea's Halloween tragedy, with 156 killed in a crush of people in a popular Seoul nightlife district, has meant that funerals have been taking place across the country all week.

Over the course of three days, hundreds of friends flocked to the funeral of Shin Ae-jin, who was among those killed inon Saturday. At 24, she had just started her first job out of college.

She loved to travel and had last taken a trip in July with her father to Edinburgh and London. “We’ve traveled together a lot. I’d hoped to be able to visit many more places around the world together with my daughter,” said her father, Shin Jung-seob.
