President Bola Tinubu has called on the newly sworn-in governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo to ensure that he prioritizes the living standard of the people of the state.
He said, “I call on you to diligently work to enhance the living standards of the people of Edo State and make a meaningful impact during your tenure,” Tinubu said in his congratulatory message signed by Bayo Onanuga. Speaking on the return of APC to the state after the tenure of Adams Oshiomhole, the president said Okpebholo’s administration must justify the confidence placed in him and the party by the people.
