PARIS: Setiausaha Negara Amerika Syarikat , Antony Blinken menolak cadangan Presiden terpilih, Donald Trump untuk merampas Greenland dan menyifatkan rancangan tersebut sebagai tidak masuk akal.
“Idea yang dikemukakan mengenai Greenland jelas bukan idea yang baik dan lebih penting ia tidak akan berlaku, jadi kita mungkin tidak perlu membuang masa membincangkannya,” kata Blinken. Trump, yang akan memulakan tugas pada 20 Januari, menunjukkan beliau akan melaksana dasar luar yang bebas daripada adat diplomatik dan tidak menolak tindakan ketenteraan atau ekonomi untuk mengembalikan kawalan AS ke Terusan Panama.
