According to a Sept. 12 court filing, doctors at Logansport State Hospital previously found Sha competent to stand trial after months of treatment.

INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD said a man suspected of aThe suspect is accused of robbing Family Dollar, Dollar General, Walgreens and CVS stores over a four-month period. The nine robberies began July 21 and ended Oct. 15.Police point to witnesses providing information to investigators for helping identify the suspect.
