The shooting happened in the 3000 block of West 39th Street, near West Kessler Boulevard North Drive and 38th Street, around 1 a.m. Monday.INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating after a person was killed in a shooting at an apartment complex on Indianapolis' northwest side early Monday.There they located a male who was pronounced dead at the scene. A gun was found"on or near" the male, IMPD said.
A person of interest was located by officers"a short time later" and interviewed by detectives, who believe that person was responsible for the shooting.
