Immigration Department detains 87 China nationals over investment scheme

THE Immigration Department of Malaysia has detained 87 Chinese citizens on suspicion of being involved in illegal online investment and gambling activities in raids at several units of condominiums around Setiawalk, Puchong today. JIM director-general Khairul Dzaime Daud said some of those detained do not have valid travel documents or have overstayed.
