LAOAG CITY, Ilocos Norte — At least 300 Ilokano entrepreneurs received a ‘COVID-19 Recovery Assistance’ and ‘Mataginayon a Progreso’ assistance from the provincial government of Ilocos Norte through its micro, small, and medium enterprise office at the Ilocos Norte Centennial Arena here on Thursday, Jan.
Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc said that 298 sari-sari store owners from the towns of Nueva Era, Adams, Pinili, Marcos, Pagudpud, and Currimao received P3,000 worth of groceries, while 30 MSMEs received a ‘Mataginayon a Progreso’ assistance worth P3,000 in cash.
