The 43-year-old was previously accused of habitual gambling, involving hundreds of millions of won across 26 instances abroad between August 2016 and May 2018.
THE hiring of foreign workers as stall assistants and subletting of stalls to foreigners were among the offences found during a joint raid by Subang Jaya City Council and the Immigration Department .
“During the inspections, the enforcement officers came across foreign nationals engaged in business activities apart from several other violations of MBSJ’s licensing conditions, such as building structures that obstructed public spaces,” the local council’s Corporate and Strategic Management Department said in a media statement.
