IJM awaits govt decision on toll highways takeover

IJM Corp Bhd is still awaiting the government’s decision to acquire 15 toll highways nationwide, says chief executive officer and managing director Soam Heng Choon. “I think the minister did mention the direction for tolled highways acquisition will only be presented to the cabinet early next month… So, until then, we will wait for direction from the government,” he told reporters after the company’s 35th annual general meeting in Subang Jaya today.
