Sean Bartholick, an Idaho-based attorney for Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell, issued a statement to some media outlets saying Chad Daybell was a"loving husband and has the support of his children in this matter." Brandon said through his attorneys that he worried his children were"at risk of imminent physical and emotional harm" if they were to return to their mother.
