We chat with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: MutantMayhem star Ice Cube about playing a new TMNT character, similarities to Splinter, and working with Seth Rogen:

Ice Cube: Yeah, I don't know if it was a side piece, or whatever, but something happened, and they had a little fly, and he just wanted to be everybody's friend, he wanted to be accepted. They don't accept him, turning him into a kingpin, turning him into the king of New York. Now, you got the Fly, and you got to check in, and if you don't check in, it's gonna be problems. I'm going to have to show up and swarm on 'em.
You have such an iconic voice. Can you talk to me about what you wanted to bring to the role of Superfly that wasn't on the page? Ice Cube: It was fun, it was like you could do no wrong. Everything was all about, just having a good time, they never said, "No, that don't work." It was always, "Give me more, give me more, try it again one more time. I think we got it, do one, do another one." All those kinds of things, and it just made you want to give more, be more creative, be more crazy, and just go all out to make sure they get what they need, so they can go and do this incredible animation.
